How do court users evaluate the professionalism, independence, impartiality and politeness of judges in Armenia? How do they perceive the efficiency of court functioning, the accessibility of the courts and clarity of the court decisions?

The new study initiated by Council of Europe and conducted by Prisma gives the answers to these questions per court instance and per court through a survey among 5780 court users of Armenia.
