In March-April 2022, Prisma together with the Austrian Development Agency, conducted a second phase of the baseline assessment of the LEAD4Shirak project. The assessment was conducted in the clusters (local active groups) identified as a result of the first phase of the project to understand the problems/issues of the communities and its residents, emigration and seasonal work trends, residents’ interest in joining local active groups, and community development opportunities.

Husik Sargsyan, LEAD4Shirak project manager, and Shushan Ghahriyan, a sociologist and analyst at Prisma, were invited to a program on Shant TV in Gyumri (regional center of Shirak Marz) where they presented the research and project results.
