In the scope of UNDP Armenia Parliament Support project, Prisma has conducted research in 30 communities of 10 provinces of Armenia related to the implementation of Health Care and Social Protection related articles of the RA Law on local self-governance. On February 17, Prisma Director Liana Poghosyan and Researcher Sonya Msryan, presented the research results and recommendation to the Parliamentarians of the Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Issues of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia. As the Chair of the Standing Committee Mr. Zeinalyan mentioned “this thorough and informative research will become a basis of our further discussions with the line Ministries and will inform the process of future legislative reforms in the respective areas”.
